Absolutely amazing company. Everyone there does an incredible job and truly goes above and beyond, I mean they organized my mail which I kept throwing on the table because I'm a gremlin with severe object permanence 😅. My home is spotless, there's not a dog hair in sight, and Kendall (owner) is an absolute gem of a human being. Cannot recommend this company enough. Oh, and to top it all off they actually pay their people AND donate to charity! 10/10 would recommend.

I recently made the switch to Alabama Extra Mile from another cleaning company and I have been blown away by their incredible service. Not only do Brittany & Josh do an AMAZING job, but Kendall provides wonderful customer service. Brittany & Josh alert me when they arrive, and when they leave which is very helpful. They pay such close attention to detail and every time I come home from a cleaning day, it’s like a sign of relief walking into my home. I chose to get a deep clean for my first clean and it has felt incredibly clean ever since. I get a weekly maintenance clean and I am very pleased. They are accommodating to my schedule and respectful of my requests. I couldn’t recommend them more! 10/10 recommend!

I won’t embarrass myself by detailing just how out of control my house had gotten after 3 years of huge family changes, health issues, and multiple home renovations, but it was BAD. I was so overwhelmed and embarrassed, but decided to reach out and see if Alabama Extra Mile could help. Kendall responded very quickly and gave me the run down about their company. We decided he needed to come out and evaluate what needed to be done and get a plan. He came for the visit during one of the most chaotic and stressful days I’ve had in quite a while, and I’m SURE he was not prepared for the inside of my house (not to mention the screaming overtired toddlers), and I was so nervous and embarrassed. He came in and did not seem too bothered by the chaos, or overwhelmed by the condition of the house. Before we even got to going over prices or schedules or even getting a good look at the house, he told me everything that I needed to hear. I felt seen and understood (not humiliated and hopeless like I had after having another company out), and I knew that this was the company for me. He gave me some great ideas and told me how to make my house more of a home. Words cannot express how just that initial visit impacted me. Rip, Kat, and Kendall came out in teams of two over two days and my home is unrecognizable. Finding and hiring this company has been life changing! The situation that brought me to hiring them filled me with so much shame, but they never did. I can’t recommend them enough, and I am beyond thankful for these miracle workers.

Contacted Alabama Extra Mile about doing a deep clean before my daughter moved into her new apartment. Kendall was excellent to work with. He was prompt in communication, was flexible with working with her schedule. Thankfully I set up cleaning. The complex stated they clean but the before pictures showed otherwise. Kendall sent before pictures and my daughter saw the huge difference. My daughter loved that they donate a portion to charity. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

I recently moved into the area and Alabama Extra Mile came recommended. Had my first cleaning and Josh and Brittney were excellent. The house looks amazing! They did all the finishing touches to make it look professional. They even offered to bring some supplies next time for scuffs on our wall from the movers. Definitely setting up a schedule. Highly recommend.

I walked into my apartment disgusted with the state the previous inhabitants left it in. These guys came in on their day off for an emergency cleaning and the place looks brand new. They cleaned every room, got rid of mold, bugs that infested the fridge, everything. I can’t imagine what I would do if they didn’t help me. Also, they are the kindest people!

Kendall did an excellent job cleaning our condo. The condo needed a very deep cleaning from the ceiling fans to the ceramic tile floors. I am so impressed with the cleaning that was provided. I had another cleaning service recommended but after speaking with Kendall, I felt that he was honest and hardworking. I was not disappointed!! I highly recommend Alabama Extra Mile.

So I’ll be honest.. I did a search for in home cleaning. I was afraid of the cost, because of prior engagements, and really didn’t have it to spend. I had so much to do, that I honestly couldn’t get the time in to clean. After canceling 1 or 2 times, lol.. something said just do it! Boyyyyy I am sooooo glad I did. Kendall was my cleaner (THE BEST) hands down. He came in my home, looked around to what I thought was a disaster, and advised me there was nothing he can’t do. Let me be the first to say he was RIGHT! He is, was soooo detailed.. things and places I would never have checked to see if he touched, he did. My home is sparkling, and not the normal sparkle. I’m talking about take merchandise out the box kinda shine. My tub/ shower looks like a newly built home. This guy is so kind hearted.. a lot of ppl say they take pride in their work to get a $1. Kendall was really efficient and thorough. I'm really satisfied with the results. Our toilet flooded and the carpets were nasty afterwards. We have a baby and a teenager here so making the carpets were clean and disinfected was essential to us. He also deep cleaned our kitchen. It looks amazing in here!!!! The fact that he even cleaned our TRASH CAN speaks volumes. Will definitely use him again in the future. Coming from someone with kids, you would never think a child lived here when he gets done!! Definitely worth the money!

I have hired Alabama Extra Mile for both deep cleaning and for standard cleaning, and I can't say enough good things about this company. They legit go the extra mile. First time I hired them we were moving my retired parents from out of state into a house that had not had a deep clean since back when TLC dropped "No Scrubs", needless to say it was a lot and they worked miracles and my parents were thrilled with how clean the house was when they moved in. We were so impressed after that we hired them to deep clean our house, and decided to schedule monthly cleans. We are by no means rich people but maaaaan i will work extra shifts if once a month I get to live like a rich person and come home to spotless house that smells like coconuts (they have a coconut cleaner that they can use that I swear smells like a pina colada and I am 100% here for it. If you aren't into that they have other more traditional smelling cleaners too.) Anyway they are like cleaning wizards and I highly recommend them. Also even if you don't hire them you should go to their Facebook page and flip through their before and after pictures it is sooooooo satisfying to see the transformations!

Erica saved my sanity. I'm miserably pregnant and she made my kitchen and bathrooms SPARKLE. She was very sweet to my extremely curious toddler (who was determined to try to be underfoot) as well. Seriously, this company does a fantastic job. We'll be hiring them for our ongoing cleaning needs--with a toddler and one on the way, it's nice to have found a company that does an awesome job and has such a good energy, too.
