Absolutely amazing company. Everyone there does an incredible job and truly goes above and beyond, I mean they organized my mail which I kept throwing on the table because I'm a gremlin with severe object permanence 😅. My home is spotless, there's not a dog hair in sight, and Kendall (owner) is an absolute gem of a human being. Cannot recommend this company enough. Oh, and to top it all off they actually pay their people AND donate to charity! 10/10 would recommend.

I recently made the switch to Alabama Extra Mile from another cleaning company and I have been blown away by their incredible service. Not only do Brittany & Josh do an AMAZING job, but Kendall provides wonderful customer service. Brittany & Josh alert me when they arrive, and when they leave which is very helpful. They pay such close attention to detail and every time I come home from a cleaning day, it’s like a sign of relief walking into my home. I chose to get a deep clean for my first clean and it has felt incredibly clean ever since. I get a weekly maintenance clean and I am very pleased. They are accommodating to my schedule and respectful of my requests. I couldn’t recommend them more! 10/10 recommend!

They did a great job cleaning my apartment and were very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable letting them into my apartment and they gave a walk through when they finished cleaning. I will be booking again for a maintenance cleaning.

I won’t embarrass myself by detailing just how out of control my house had gotten after 3 years of huge family changes, health issues, and multiple home renovations, but it was BAD. I was so overwhelmed and embarrassed, but decided to reach out and see if Alabama Extra Mile could help. Kendall responded very quickly and gave me the run down about their company. We decided he needed to come out and evaluate what needed to be done and get a plan. He came for the visit during one of the most chaotic and stressful days I’ve had in quite a while, and I’m SURE he was not prepared for the inside of my house (not to mention the screaming overtired toddlers), and I was so nervous and embarrassed. He came in and did not seem too bothered by the chaos, or overwhelmed by the condition of the house. Before we even got to going over prices or schedules or even getting a good look at the house, he told me everything that I needed to hear. I felt seen and understood (not humiliated and hopeless like I had after having another company out), and I knew that this was the company for me. He gave me some great ideas and told me how to make my house more of a home. Words cannot express how just that initial visit impacted me. Rip, Kat, and Kendall came out in teams of two over two days and my home is unrecognizable. Finding and hiring this company has been life changing! The situation that brought me to hiring them filled me with so much shame, but they never did. I can’t recommend them enough, and I am beyond thankful for these miracle workers.

Alabama Extra Mile was unbelievably wonderful. I was really struggling to keep things up and get ready for my move. They came in fully without judgement because they honestly wanted to help. Now my apartment looks better than when I first moved in! Their team was so amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. My initial call was returned the same day and I was able to schedule the cleaning in a timely manner. They were punctual and all five we’re diligent to clean the entire time. They also created a list of things that needed attention such as blown lightbulbs and supplies for day-to-day cleaning in the bathrooms. It was a big project and they worked with to me focus on the most needed areas. I’ll be arranging a follow up to finish the last bits soon. I highly recommend! So grateful for the amazing cleaners at Alabama Extra Mile! Incredibly communicative, on time and great to interact with. They spent hours at my house doing a deep clean and I came home to what feels like a new house. Will certainly be using them moving forward!

Contacted Alabama Extra Mile about doing a deep clean before my daughter moved into her new apartment. Kendall was excellent to work with. He was prompt in communication, was flexible with working with her schedule. Thankfully I set up cleaning. The complex stated they clean but the before pictures showed otherwise. Kendall sent before pictures and my daughter saw the huge difference. My daughter loved that they donate a portion to charity. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

I recently moved into the area and Alabama Extra Mile came recommended. Had my first cleaning and Josh and Brittney were excellent. The house looks amazing! They did all the finishing touches to make it look professional. They even offered to bring some supplies next time for scuffs on our wall from the movers. Definitely setting up a schedule. Highly recommend.
