Everyone there does an incredible job and truly goes above and beyond, I mean they organized my mail which I kept throwing on the table because I'm a gremlin with severe object permanence 😅. My home is spotless, there's not a dog hair in sight, and Kendall (owner) is an absolute gem of a human being. Cannot recommend this company enough. Oh, and to top it all off they actually pay their people AND donate to charity! 10/10 would recommend.

1) Declutter: pick up toys, junk mail, loose change, and whatever doesn't belong on counter tops.
2) Animals and Children: ensure all animals are put away in a safe and designated place. Please keep children and babies away from the cleaners.
3) Secure Cash & Items of Value: please remove any cash not related to payment.
4) Dishes: all dishes should be removed from the sink and put away.
5) Turn Down the AC: We ask to please lower the AC to 69 for the duration of the clean.
6) Sheets and Linens: put out clean sheets on each bed if we'll be changing your linens.
7) Payment: if not already arranged, please leave cash or check on the kitchen counter.
8) Communication: please let your AEM Tech know ahead of time if there are any special requests.
9) Prepare to give your professional(s) space: Schedule meetings or take necessary calls outside or in a room where they won't be disrupted by the crew.
10) Other Contractors/Visitors: we ask that we are the only contractors in the home and inform us if there will be other visitors as to not scare the cleaners.
